With over a decade at Clinica Lase, Rebecca is the glue that holds the business together. As both Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to Crystal, she manages systems, people, and day-to-day flow across both clinics with a calm, solutions-driven mindset. 

She’s passionate about creating structure behind the scenes so the team can focus on exceptional client care, and clients can enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish. 

Outside of work, she’s happiest dancing with her daughter, sharing a laugh over dinner with friends, or organising just about everything in sight.
