Booking & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients.

Customers are asked to cancel or reschedule any appointments that they will no longer be able to attend at least 72 business hours in advance. 

You must telephone the clinic directly to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment is not made within these terms a $100 surcharge will apply.

An SMS reminder will be sent out 5 days prior to your appointment.
