Booking & Cancellation Policy

Policies: At Clinica Lase, we have a strict cancellation policy to ensure our team is staffed appropriately and appointment times are available to all clients.Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require 72 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • All changes must be made by calling the clinic directly.
  • We are not open on Sundays, public holidays, or every other Saturday in Ballarat.
  • Voicemails, SMS or messages left during these times are not accepted as notice.
  • You must speak with our team during business hours to cancel or reschedule.
  • A $100 surcharge applies to any cancellations, changes or no-shows within this notice period.

How We Communicate Our Policy

  1. Online bookings
  • To complete your booking, you must agree to our Terms & Conditions and tick a box confirming you understand and accept our policy.
  1. Phone or in-clinic bookings
  • Our reception team will explain our booking and cancellation policy over the phone or in person.
  • By proceeding with your booking, you confirm you understand and agree to these terms.

  2. Deposits
  • When you are asked to pay a deposit via SMS to secure your booking, the message clearly states:
    “Paying the deposit confirms you understand and agree to our policies. Please note, deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. Read full policy via our website.”
  • If a deposit is not taken, the policy still applies. In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, a $100 credit will be applied to your account, which must be paid at your next appointment.
  1. Reminder messages
  • Our 5-day reminder SMS clearly states that all late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $100 fee (either via deposit forfeiture or a credit applied to your account).

  1. Surcharge
  • Bookings with Crystal incur a surcharge.
