Abbie’s interest in skin started with a simple question: how much difference does the right combination of treatment and skincare actually make? She answered it by going from a Diploma of Beauty Therapy through to an Associate Degree and then a Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Clinical Aesthetics.

She is warm and a bit bubbly, and clients relax around her quickly. Her starting point is the person rather than the protocol, so she wants to know about skin, lifestyle and what someone actually wants before she puts a plan together.

Pigment is her thing. Melasma, uneven tone, post-acne marks, sun damage. She likes the complexity of it, and she is honest that improvement usually takes a considered mix of in-clinic treatment, corrective skincare and client education.

Pico Genesis, RedTouch, CoolPeel CO2 and Clear + Brilliant are the technologies she works with most. Her focus goes past what is visible to how the skin is functioning, and to helping clients hold onto their results.

Abbie keeps training and adding to her clinical skills so her approach stays current.

Outside the clinic she is at Pilates, reading, or with family and friends.
