We recently heard a podcast in which a man commented on "if" a woman went through menopause, a reflection on how little the subject is discussed, and how many don't know much about it. Inevitably, it is something every woman must face at some stage, but we went through puberty once and survived, so we know we can survive round two. 

In support of a positive menopausal experience, Clinica Lase is hosting an intimate lunch at Melbourne's Panama Dining Room. The lunch will feature a panel of experts to discuss the ins and outs of Menopause, what happens, how we can support ourselves, and what positives also come from it.
